Did you know that a good food hygiene rating is good for your business?
A recent survey by the Food Standards Agency found that 86% of the public considered hygiene standards to be more important than price or location. 

What does it cover?

It covers that Valuable time and support by a regulatory Enforcement Officer that you do not normally receive. The workshop will help you to look at your latest inspection report. It will help breakdown any misunderstandings and provide you with the knowledge to help improve or maintain your rating.

Who is this course for?

This qualification is ideal for anyone working as a supervisor, team leader or line manager in the Manufacturing Industry.  

How long will it take me to achieve this qualification? 

This courses is a four hour course with a CPD certificate of attendance. 

Where can this course be taken? 

This course can be taken at any one of our training centres. 

How much does it cost? 

The course costs £50.00 per learner, this includes exam and certificate. Further discounts are available if ten or more places are purchased at the same time.

  • An explanation of how the ratings are scored
  • A short review of your last inspection report/Food hygiene rating.
  • Information on how to make general improvements 
  • Session includes the opportunity to ask questions.
