Our Food Safety courses
Our food hygiene courses are all approved by our in-house team of Environmental Health Officers. This means that unlike any other provider, our courses are the most up to date for regulations and compliance's. All of our courses are run by our in-house Environmental Health Officers, they provide industry knowledge and examples. Also hints and tips that you cannot get anywhere else.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Award
Level 2 Food Hygiene - 2 Part Evening Course Award
This foundation level food safety course is intended for those involved in the handling of foods. We offer full day classes or 2 evening classes with an examination at the end.
Level 2 Food Hygiene (REFRESHER) Award
The course is intended for candidates already working in catering who would benefit from refresher training.
Level 3 Food Hygiene in Catering/Manufacturing Award
This intermediate food safety online course is aimed at supervisors and manager responsible for the management of food safety in an organisation.
Level 4 Food Hygiene in Catering/Manufacturing Award
This qualification is ideal for anyone working as a supervisor, team leader or line manager in the Manufacturing Industry.
Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness and Control in Catering Award
The objective of the qualification is to support a role in the workplace. It is designed to provide knowledge and understanding of food allergens and foods commonly causing intolerance's, their characteristics and effects, the importance of effectively communicating information regarding allergenic ingredients to customers, and how staff can minimise the risk of cross-contamination from allergenic ingredients.
In addition to our training, we are on hand to offer advice and consultancy to health and safety trainers and managers or those responsible in your workplace.
