This one day course (9.30am to 4pm) will enable food handlers to develop a firm grasp of the importance of food safety systems, techniques and the procedures involved. This three day course is intended for those in a supervisory role within catering. It will give a wider knowledge of food safety legislation and effective supervision. Please refer to our
The course is tailored specific to the business needs. Designed for managers and staff to enable increased standards and better food hygiene ratings. Staff will receive expert help from a food safety officer and be able to ask questions in an informal setting. Businesses will be given an action plan if they wish and they will also receive feedback as this is extremely useful and specific to each business needs whilst presenting very good value for money.
This half day course (9.00am to 1.30pm) is aimed at food handlers and other staff involved in food preparation and service who work within the catering industry.
This five day course is intended for those whose job requires them to have some responsibility for food safety. Learners are likely to have management responsibilities for an operational team.
This foundation level one day course provides a good introduction to Health & Safety in the workplace.
One day course designed to provide learners with an awareness of the benefits of risk assessment in any environment.

All candidates need to be aware that when they sit an exam they will need to provide photo ID on the day of the course to verify their identity
We do not provide lunch on any of our taught courses unless indicated but we do provide tea and coffee
